This is the most unprofessional vendor I have dealt with in 20-years. Services were often late, faulty or incorrect. I followed guidance from my sales rep and sent a 30-day cancellation notice via certified letter after months of promises to improve services. Letter was sent on 6/21, all serves were removed and no longer rendered after 7/14. Aramark continued to bill me for over a month after my 30-day cancelation (letter was received on 6/23). They denied receiving my cancelation until I provided the tracking number. Credit was approved by district manager, but never applied. It's 10/22 and I still haven't received a refund after DOZENS on calls and emails. This company doesn't know the meaning of customer service. They have been argumentative, rude and dismissive. Their overall attitude seems indifferent at best. Don't waste your time, there are much better vendors in this space.
If I could post with 0 stars I very well would. Abe Hernandez returns 0 calls and nobody has any sort of care regarding their customers. Their drivers put ridiculous amount of add ons to bills without letting customers know and are always DAYS late for pick ups/deliveries.
