Terrible company to rent from. Property manager lied to me directly regarding cleaning fees for my end of lease walkthrough. "I'll make sure the cleaning is done quickly as there's not too much to take care of." Nine hours of dust cleaning later I'm charged $405. NEVER rent from these money hungry people. One star is generous... STAY AWAY

I did not have any issues with this company. The property manager that was there the majority of my lease was prompt about fixing issues on the building. I lived in one of their older buildings and even the move out process went smoothly with the new property manager taking over.

I lived in Riverstone for 10 months and it was great. Neighbours are nice. Building is quiet. The actual 2 bd 1 bth apartment is beautiful for the price. Michelle was very accommodating and professional. I honestly can’t think of a single complaint.

Like many others I’d give them a strong 0 stars if I could. Short and simple the owner is a money hungry thief who is very unprofessional when handing his own “business.” (Scam)
