We had the key done and read it over with you then you approved the vehicle check service and oil change but declined the recall, brake fluid change and cabin filter. So when I took a car here after buying it pre-owned, made it clear to the employee that I had never been here. I had ordered a Oil Change and Inspection, the schedule website quoted me $99 for the oil change and never said anything for the inspection. The employee never told me the cost of the inspection, only quoted $99 for the oil change, then just left me nice $150 charge on my bill for the inspection. The inspection found that the break pads needed to be replaced soon, something that can literally be seen in the screen inside the car through sensors. If the inspection is $150, why not have it anywhere on the site or tell me beforehand?? When I asked the advisor about the cost they just assumed that I knew it would be that much even though I had clearly said I had never been there before.

Bought a great car at a fair price at the end of May. Fast forward a month later and Im driving on expired tags with no sign of my out of state registration. After making several phone calls to the dealer, I finally received my plate and registration in the mail but they are completely mutilated. See photo. How is this acceptable? Out of state buyers beware!
