Dear Erin, Our records do not show that you purchased a car from us, please carefully check the dealer's name you bought your car from since there are many dealers with a very similar business name. Also after reading your review, i recommend two things! First, take a second opinion about your transmission going bad since you did not feel any issues with the car but the oil change place told you your transmission is going out. Second; is to buy a warranty when you purchase a used car to have the peace of mind; even brand new cars are sold with warranty. Any dealer has nothing to do with something going bad in a used car after six month.

Bought a car here 6 months ago, took it to get its second oil change and was informed the transmission is going. I was told it was nothing I did, that it was prior to me getting the vehicle. Now the transmission cost as much as the car. They also informed me before buying it, that it just Han an oil change, that was in accurate as well. Dont recommend buying from here, if you want a vehicle thats going to last you more than 6 months.

I would of like to give 5 stars because the guy was very nice and easy going but a week after buying the car it broke down. When we first wanted to test drive the Mazda 3 it had a flat battery. Not a problem they told me, the interior light had been left on. The car was for our daughter who was starting college two and a half hours away. We picked up the car two weeks later due a busy schedule. I asked about it starting up and they told me there was no issue. We drove to college the next day, no issues. She didn't use the car for 3 days, went to start it and the battery was dead. I had to drive there and ended up replacing the alternator and battery. She likes the car but it turned out to be a disappointing experience, very inconvenient and costly.
