In your case, your order was related to a company store where we have orders that are placed for a period of time set up by your management. When the agreed upon close date arrives, we process all the orders. Unfortunately, if you place your order right at the opening, you will have to wait a number of weeks until the orders are collated. I'm sorry you felt negatively affected by this, we always work to meet everyone's needs the best we can.

I have brought multiple items from Free Style Graphics over the years, but only because they were the only business that could do the work that was needed. The finished products are of great quality, but the service is what is lacking here. Never believe the owner when he says how long the order will take, especially if you have any embroidery included with your order. Just add a month plus a couple of weeks on the time of delivery, but he won't hold off on charging you for work he has not completed yet. I am fed up with this business and will not be giving orders his way ever!

Very rude person .I have done business before with them , never again . Wanted to over charge just because I only had a few items this time even though they already had the pattern .the man I usually do business with was sitting there did not say a word. In these hard times I guess he doesn't need money. Good will does go a long way. Not here.you never gave me a chance. I wanted to purchase extra item like a hat. More shirts, your rudeness got in the way. It is was quite clear you did not want to help.
