Got prism glasses to help with a concussion. They worked great so I bought sunglasses that were supposed to have the same prescription in them. They are not correct! Made me nauseous and get a headache and I literally cant see out of them. Customer service is the worst Ive ever experienced. Very expensive glasses that they dont want to help me with or make right. Wish I wouldve read all the other one star reviews before I went here.
Quackery! Bright Eyes nearly convinced me to prepay almost $6000 for 6 months of "Vision Therapy" they said my child needed. Without showing me any evidence whatsoever, they said my child must have had a traumatic brain injury that I wasn't aware of (!?). When I said, "no I can't think of any time that could have happened", they said, "oh it happens all the time". Insurance company said there isn't any clinical evidence that the "therapy" does anything. So, we went to another clinic and the doc there agreed there isn't clinical evidence to support what they were prescribing. The new doctor said my child's vision was just fine but we could take some handouts with exercises to do at home to strengthen the eyes if we were worried about it. In addition, Bright Eyes wanted me to buy $400+ "prism glasses" which the new doctor said he didn't believe would help for this issue. Too bad for the quackery, because the desk staff and assistant were very nice.
Showed up for consultation and they basically said we will mail you all of the information you need. There was no need for an appointment at all except so that they could bill our insurance a big fat amount.
