Owner seemed put off as my fiancé and I walked in. He was very short and didn't really seem interested in serving us at all. What he didn't realize is I'm the head of 3 different AAU basketball teams and the monogram company we've used in the past is now out of business. Good customer service is essential with any business.

Hands down, best shop for embroidery. Went to 3 other places and after experiencing poor customer service, poor communication, and exorbitant prices found Austin Monogram. The owner Ralph is extremely knowledgeable and professional. He made sure everything was done to my specifications and went the extra mile to get it done quickly. Highly recommend. Don't waste your time anywhere else. Period.
