Incredibly disappointed with Armadillo Printwear. I went in with a massive order in December 2018 (included t-shirts, hats, mugs, totes). I picked up my order in January. Everything was great, except for the hats. More than half of the logos placed on the hats were off-centered. Armadillo provided a discount and promised to look into using a different hat to finish the order. It's now June, 6 months after picking up the original order, and Armadillo has failed to provide a solution. E-mail after e-mail after e-mail completely gone ignored. I would call to check up on the status periodically always receiving the same answer: we're looking into suppliers. Today, I had enough. Called and said, "If you can't complete the order, just tell me and I'll take my business elsewhere." They said they couldn't complete it. Thanks for wasting 6 months of my time.

Have worked with Armadillo for nearly 10 years and NEVER have had an issue with delivery dates, quality, or sizing errors. Unbelievably personable and professional. Able to do small runs and huge orders even with complex, multicolor designs. They will take your professional artwork or can take a hand-drawn design and turn it into something fantastic. Pricing is extremely competitive, too. There literally is not a better printshop in the Metro Detroit area.

Armadillo has been my long term (20 years?!?), go to place for screen printing, stickers, and even a little bit of design. I trust them. They've made large orders and small ones. They know the base product well and have made some very good recommendations for us both in terms of cost and quality.
