This company is rude, unresponsive, and a true nuisance to surrounding neighborhoods. They do not respond top calls and emails regarding their WSN ("Wingspan") planes. WSN5 and others are an ongoing noise nuisance to neighbors in Redondo Beach and Torrance, miles from Hawthorne Airport, where they depart from.

Horrible experience with Advanced Air in Hawthorne. I would discourage ANYONE from using this airline. They are NOT what they advertise they are!

I took the Albuquerque to Silver City shuttle flight. Absolutely fantastic. From my initial contact concerning a piece of luggage that was at the limits of space, these folks were willing to make it work. Turns out the wing locker was just fine. Ground and air crew were the friendliest I have met. Very happy from start to finish and the price is right. Looking forward to the next trip.
