The only thing I liked about ordering from this company was the professionalism of John Paul Dudakiw-Warrick Sales All Seasons Uniforms, Inc. Waiting four months on the warehouse to process my return was a nightmare, and they still didn't report the correct items returned. Also clearance items should be able to be returned for at least half back. None of the items fit like they should have. Either they were too big or too small. You guys need more people like JP.

AMAZING customer service and really love the quality! They responded quickly each time with great solutions! (A bad batch of zippers so not their problem, but a manufacturer problem - a USA company - and yes, sent that info to the manufacturer, as did they.) They went ABOVE and BEYOND!! I cannot wait to order something else from this company! The coat I ordered was more reasonably priced with them than other places and GREAT QUALITY. The name "uniforms" implies it's for companies and businesses to order uniforms, and it is, but it is SO much more!!! I dealt with John Paul and Leah... THANK YOU!
