I cannot recommend this establishment to anyone. I ordered three flexfit hats with my logo on them and have been nothing short of annoyed and disappointed. September 3rd I went in and gave my order and immediately emailed my logo to them. I was told it would take two weeks to receive them. Three weeks later, I was called to come in and get the hats. When i showed up they were completely wrong from what i asked for. My logo was crooked, the hats were not all black like i asked, and the placement of the logo was centered when i asked for it to be in the right corner. Not only that, but i only received two of the three hats i asked for. Mistakes happen. I get it. Today, october 7th (four weeks later for three measley hats), I went in to get the corrected hats. My logo is still crooked and its too high on the hat. My confusion to the issue is they sent me a proof with what the hat was supposed to look like, but delivered hats that look nothing like the proof they supplied!! If I give you the okay to make the hats look like your own supplied proof, I would expect you to make it look like the picture!

This was my first year doing business with ESG. I was impressed with the ease of using them for clothing fundrasiers. They take care of setting up the website and handling the money for you. The reason for my low rating it because it was like pulling teeth to get the man I worked with to follow through after both of the fundraisers we did. In both instances I had to contact them several times before they ever made the time to calculate our earnings and send out the check. They also calculated our earnings to be MUCH lower than what it actually was. We were told we made around $75. I am very glad I kept track of our earnings myself because we really made $180! My advise when working with ESG is to remember to follow up with them and also keep track of an estimate of your earnings, I would not trust that they will give you an accurate amount!

Not as helpful as they should be went in to check out some sizes but they DID NOT have none put you are suppose to order a size guessing if it's going to fit your child or not
