I personally own a business in Dayton and have consitently been working with this company for multiple years. Sarah (our first sales rep) in the beginning was very rude and I had to personally reach out to the owner of the company who then repremended Sarah and asked for my business back. To Dhana (sales manager) ordering shirts for us when all I asked for was a price. He sent me the price email stating "if I dont hear back from you I'll assume you want the order" then I was the bad person for saying we never wanted them because the turnover time was to long. To now the secretary Debbie personally wrote me an email in response to my question abiut a mis qoute in pricing while i was present at the shop. During telling me the price she stated it's a estimate and I know your price will be lower. Come to get the estimate and it was much higher. When I asked Debbie about the misquote she responded with, I qoute "I have spoken with Sara and Dana and they told me about how you guys are. And I will not tolerate it" are you kidding me? Debbie was very rude to us for months and we couldn't understand why. We now have our answer. My partner said I shouldn't mention this because it doesn't benefit us or our company to leave a negative review for somebody else. My response to that is this isn't for us, this is for the rest of Dayton so they don't have to establish a relationship with this company for years, all to have them turn their back on you because of their bias sales rep (who isn't working with the company any more) Dayton, if you want a company to supply your marketing materials. Titan graphics is NOT the company for you.
