Juanid, it is very unfortunate that you have taken a kind gesture and turned it into this. Our wait for a loaner appointment at the moment is quite a bit longer than we like, so when we get cancelations we like to give clients who have been waiting for an appointment the chance to come in at a sooner date. We texted you almost 2 weeks ago asking you if you were interested in coming in with a loaner for a sooner date, in no way were you obligated to change your appointment and you quickly agreed to come in with the sooner appointment. You texted us if you could come in an hour earlier (2 hours before your appointment time today). We did not have the availability to accommodate you an hour earlier and we made you aware of that so that you would not be left waiting at the dealership for longer than necessary. You then called the dealership and asked again. The young lady on the phone made you aware that we wouldn't be able to move your appointment up one hour because we have other appointments scheduled for that time and you retaliated with screaming and foul language. We do not tolerate this behavior from employees or clients. We wish you the best.

If you would like to waste time and want the worse service perfect place to go, they had me change my appointment and then on service day they wouldnt accommodate me for coming in 30 mins early, not sure what makes them think they can make changes but when the customer whos paying you wants to come in just a bit early they straight up tell you no, first and last time calling these people, not professional at all but i guess thats what you get in Brooklyn dealership! Sad for BMW to provide this kind of service and hire these kind of people!

I will NEVER deal with this dealership ever again. I ordered a BMW M850i Convertible and was all excited to make the order. Problems from the start because they raised the price after we already agreed right away I should have backed away but I kept put. Weeks went by and salesman said car will be delivered this day and then stopped answering me. Finally I got fed up with waiting and called the dealership to speak with a manager. Manager tells me they took my name off the car without even notifying me and my salesman never even told me. So essentially they made me wait weeks and then told me sorry and hung up. Ill be going to a dealership in New Jersey because these guys clearly do not know how to operate a business nor do they care about the customer. The manager Nick shouldnt be in his position because he knows NOTHING about customer service. I came to find out at the end that my car was sold a car I PUT A DEPOSIT ON A CAR I CUSTOM BUILT FOR MYSELF. Never again. Stay far away dont waste your time.

I had a great experience with BMW of Brooklyn. I walked in to inquire about a vehicle and walked out owning one. My salesperson Leo was very professional, courteous and down to earth. He took care of everything for me. No hassles, everything was smooth. I would definitely recommend BMW of Brooklyn.

terrible service, I lost my key and they told me to wait 3 weeks before I an have it towed in because the key they sold me just wouldn't pair.
