Dexcom start sent my information to US med so I can start using a dexcom. 6 days later they cancel my order because they can't get a hold of me. I have no missed calls from them I have no voicemails from them but they're claiming they tried to contact me eight times. Do not do business with this company they are impossible to get a hold of.

Very unreliable company - if you need your supplies you better go elsewhere. Always late and blames insurance company - I gave them 2 tries and they horrible failed each time. I will not use them again

Muy mala atención llevo tratando de comunicarme varios días y no se puede hablar con un representante. Hoy llevo más de tres horas tratando de hablar con un representante y no he podido.Voy a cancelar con ustedes y buscaré otro proveedor ya que no veo que la seriedad y la atención al cliente en esta compañía es muy mala.Gracias por su mal trabajo y por hacerme perder mi tiempo.Si fuera por mi no le diera ninguna estrella.
