Spoke to the records department about a fraud alert email that I received. The person wasnt very friendly and seemed annoyed by my detailed questions. In the end, my questions were answered and the call lasted about 2 minutes, so I guess thats efficient.
. There was no update on the website of building closure. In Addition there are 38 doors to get into the building and not one had any info of how to pay a parking ticket in person. 38 COVID posters though stating how to stay safe??
