Brixx is a great place to order from (Food wise its good) if it is not crowed like Friday nights. When it gets crowed they doesn't seems to be know how to handle the situation and lot of chaos. I ordered ahead like in the morning for a evening pickup of around 8 PM (after our kids soccer game when they are hungry) thinking that that will be pretty straight forward right. But I got a call by 8 PM stating that it will be 10 mins delayed due to delay in kitchen. That also was ok as I was just getting there. Then when I went to get the food it was again 10 mins delay as they were telling reason like, they did not anticipate this rush during this time. Come on who doesn't know that during Friday nights especially with some special events around it will be rush time so they should have planned ahead. Then after 10 mins again I was told order was ready and went to pickup, then I see order was missing drinks which I ordered and they were like did you order those. Its height of ignorance at that time. I would suggest going there if you have time to spare during rush hour and avoid there and go to some place else during rush hour.
Very busy, but service was great. We had baked pomodoro pasta, Mediterranean salad, Brixx salad (lemon Tahini and creamy chili dressings are new, and excellent.), garlic rosemary wings and rosemary chicken pizza withcauliflowercrust. Everything was amazing, which is nothing new for Brixx, but being the first time at this location, I was thrilled to see the consistency. Welcome Brixx!!

The management really needs to teach these some of their teenager employees on how to act with their customers. You don't have them walking up to one of their peers as someone else is waiting on order that they know they've been waiting and just disregard them like they're not there. Couldn't even ask me if I've been helped. Had to speak up and put her in her place that you don't talk to her unless you talk to me first since I've been here longer and she has. She was a bit taken back in the other customer looked at me like I was crazy. These teenagers seem like they're entitled to anything they want anytime.
