Went to get a shirt made and when I got there they told me they can only make designs with one color and when I pointed to all of the multi colored shirts the guy behind the counter said those are all premade designs. Told him Id pay for him to use one color and then print over top using the second color and he still told me he couldnt. Just didnt seem to want to help at all

If I could give it no stars, I would. Im not one to write reviews but this was the worst customer service experience I have ever had and I worked retail for 7 years. The lady upfront got extremely defensive after I asked about their refund policy since they insist on you paying before they work on your item. I brought in a very expensive chef coat to be embroidered for a gift and wanted a guarantee. Thats when she became aggressive and said they have no guarantee and dont do refunds and if I dont like how it comes out thats my problem. Since I had already paid I asked to speak to a manager and she refused to get one or even tell me their name. I eventually got my money back and will be taking my business somewhere that guarantees their work and isnt hostile towards paying costumers. DO NOT RECOMMEND

This place is so good. I use them for my Chasity event materials all the time. They stitch my hats, press my shirts and tank tops and they always work with me on deals as needed. So friendly and nice to work with. Can't recommend them enough if you're in the area. Great people!!!!

HORRIBLE EXPERINCE !!! This was my second time their , my bf droped off some shirts and I picked them up a few days later beings we live 2 hrs away in jersey , So I go to pick them up and the guy hands me the product and is gonna let me leave , but beings I been their befor I ask um where these already paid for if not how much is it and nobody knew and I was told they couldn't look it up in the system if they were or not , I tried calling my bf but he was at work so didn't answer , everyone looked confused like they didn't know what to do , so the lady nicely told me I could take the shirts and just leave my name and # and send her a receipt if they were paid and if not so I could pay , witch I was like ok that's good no problem , but then the next day she texts my phoen accusing me of STEALING ! After she's the one to tell me to go and I left my name & #!!!! So now I gotta drive back 2 hrs because they don't know how to run their business , extremely disappointed and will never return to to This store ,
