Unit purchased with issue. Has been waiting on replacement since March, now it is Oct. Got some update on early response but now all communication has stopped. They will not pickup call and response in email. Assault support person Edward indicates Sorting issue cause order not ship out, need to process new order with supervisor approval. But never got update since.
