Jamie is profesional, dependable, and knowledgeable. With a full remodel of a house we needed to sell and then the timing of the virus the whole listing and selling process took about 7 months. During this time we got a little negative about the prospect of getting a good price for the house, but Jamie stayed positive and reassured us it would sell at a good price. She stayed in contact throughout the remodel and once the house was ready to list Jamie had it on the market immediately as she had already done the prep work for that to happen. It was listed on a Thursday, had about 40 people look at it over the weekend, and after only 6 days on the market we had 6 purchase offers. She stays informed of the dynamics of the RE market in the area and wanted to list our house at $25,000 more than I thought it would sell for. It sold for $75,000 more than the asking price; $100,000 more than I expected it to! The terms she negotiated for the sale were as good as they get; considering financing, contingencies, earnest money and inspections. We bought two condos with Jamies help and we strongly vouch for her. We were first time buyers with zero experience purchasing real estate and Jamie was always very patient with us and very knowledgable. She always tried to understand our preferences and find what was right for us and never pressured us. We almost put in an offer for a place I had personal doubts about (too close to highway, persistent road noise) and she made sure that we actually wanted the place and wasnt just buying because we had been in the market for a long time. When it did eventually find a place we wanted, she guided us through the entire process of negotiating and offering the right price. She was a great negotiator and her market value analysis was always spot on. We got our second condo for 15k less than list price thanks to her and the deal went very smoothly thanks to her. Buying a home can be very stressful and we definitely fed off Jamies positive energy. All in all, Jamie is super intelligent and knowledgable, a consummate professional, and we were very lucky to have had her representing us as our agent.
