Nikki was very short when I showed up to the shop and asked about the overcharge (I was instructed by the person who answered the phone that I could come by and speak with Kyle). I was there to give this company another chance as well as ask about the invoice. Nikkis response was that was almost a year ago. As you can see via the email and my in-person interaction it was not a very apologetic or customer service oriented response for a mistake that was NOT MY OWN but very glad I caught it when I did. The quality of my garments post print were also a concern of mine but as I previously stated I was willing to give them another chance. Note: The item adjustment referred to in the email was only for 2 ITEMS being 1 hoodie and 1 t-shirt. Which in no way constitutes the $115 overcharge on the final invoice.

I have gotten multiple runs of shirts/ hoodies printed by Machine Gun Graphics and they've been nothing but kind, super responsive, and the print quality is great! We were looking for someone that is close to us but uses water-based inks. I will continue to use them for all my print needs!
