Oh dear... Where to begin? I traveled a half hour from home to get to this store fully expecting to spend $300+ on my boys' birthday present. On arrival, male attendant was quite abrupt and unfriendly from the get go, and when I went on to ask about price matching he turned very defensive and was quite disrespectful. At no point was I pushy about price matching, and to be honest I didn't really care if he did price match or not because I was willing to buy from the store regardless. I got sick of his arrogant attitude, and we decided to walk out. When I called him out on his behaviour he half apologised and follow up his apology with a comment that I was being fragile! Nice apology, mate. When he saw that we were seriously leaving, he got desperate and followed us out of the shop and tried to make amends with my husband, offering him "a good discount" while completely ignoring my existence, even though I was the one that he owed the apology to. I was actually SO excited about your store and was dreaming of all the times I would visit and bring my boys to show them, and would have spent far too much money over the years and probably would have had a birthday party or two. You've lost all of my future business, so take this as a lesson learnt and treat the rest of your customers with the respect and kindness they deserve.
