This is the worst utility company. Turn the gas off when we didn't receive the bill or warning timely. Made us pay the entire bill and reconnection fee and couldnt guarantee when the service would be restored. It's winter in Indiana. Take a cuenfeo IPL/AES heartless money grubbers!!!!

I am no longer my previous apartment and before I moved out, I called them to close my ac and open the new ac . But they still billing me for my previous apartment every months. I had to pay for both and I cant. Every time when I call they said that was my final bill. But the bill keep coming. Now they are look like such a cheater.

We had Best Buy install a washer & dryer on May 27, 2022 and coming back from work the house smelled like gas. It was close to midnight and we called Citizens Energy Group, they sent someone as soon as they could. Weston O'Connor did such an amazing job! Not only did he fix the gas leaks and properly installed the dryer vent hose, but he helped with the installation of our thermostat! My husband and I are really greatfull for his patience and for everything he did!

Worst customer service ever. I'm currently not getting services that have already been paid for. I have two small children and cannot even cook now let alone wash bottles or anything else. Thanks citizens. Way to look out for your people.
