Very poor customer service, multiple basic things incorrect with the car and paperwork. Even the agreed price to exchange was incorrect, nearly a month after the sale to resolve issues and still not complete.

Last year we purchased a new Duster from WR Davies. We wanted the 4x4 version, not many available and as such chose a vehicle that we were told was already available, it was just waiting to be shipped (approx. 4 weeks) , we accepted a vehicle colour that was not our first choice as we were told we would have to wait approx. 10 weeks for an alternative colour. The time frame for delivery increased to 6 weeks on order, the vehicle was finally delivered on week 15. The time frame for vehicle delivery passed, initially WR Davies was proactive in keeping us informed, however, as time passed this stopped and we had to chase them. Whilst we were still waiting for delivery of our vehicle, Dacia released the new model of the Duster, and as such, immediately devalued the car that we had not yet received. For the delay and poor communication, we were offered 2 years free servicing as a gesture of good will. When we collected the car we enquired how we would redeem the free service plan and were informed the manager would be in touch with us to confirm how. We received no communication from the manager, when we followed up we were informed that he would only allow us to have the free servicing if we left him a favourable review. This is my honest review of the service and my customer journey with WR Davies and as such I will guess that I will not be getting the 2 years free servicing as promised!
