Garment Graphics has been part of the Tucson community for more than 25 years, and our reputation and customer satisfaction are important to us. I am sorry that you did not have a good experience with our company and appreciate you bringing it to my attention. Our location is not set-up as a retail store and I was unaware that anyone stopped by to try to handle a school uniform issue. I was also not aware, prior to your Google Review, that there was any issue with your online school order. We have worked closely with your school to ensure a smooth transition for families and it sounds like you had some concerns. New uniform programs are always a learning experience, but please reach out to me directly at 520.544.0529 and I will be happy to try to resolve your issue. On a positive note, the school agreed to let us send sample sizes to the school, so hopefully the sizing will not be an issue for you or other families in the future. HE SIZE CHART PROVIDED IS WAY OFF! As a first time mom and first time ordering uniforms on a website having to go off a size chart and trusting the website, it was a huge mistake. We specifically had our daughter measured by a professional and according to the size chart provided she was a size 7 and we went ahead and confided and placed the order. When we received the order, I can say I was more excited then my own daughter to have her try it on; and when she did it was a huge disappointment, it was way to big and long! Since other moms were going thru the same issue, one of them decided to head to the store and talk to the employees she was told our children had to get measured and they even offered to do it there and then, which ended up being the same measurements she had gotten before! The employees had a terrible manners and were not nice at all, as a group of devastating moms we do not recommend Garment Graphics at all, they will not accept that their size charts are off and not want to work with us on having our situation resolved, other then having another uniform ordered!
