Best help from employees. All were courteous and offered tips advice on how to pull parts. Even provided cold bottled water on hot day. I was given a general layout of vehicles and pointed in direction where I would find vehicles I was looking for. I walked property first looking to determine which vehicles had best parts, then equipment operator retrieved my vehicles and set them up on concrete near buildings. Great prices on parts saved several hundred dollars over online discount website. Tires were 90% tread. Brakes pads 90% rotors all good. Over all very satisfied. Team was above and beyond. I wanted to leave a 2nd 5 star rating. But could only edit current review I went back a second day. And pulled parts from a Kia Sportage. Again 100% satisfied. I highly recommend Westside Auto in Laurel, Delaware. Team all around top notch. Great owner. They gave me a fair discount on 2 vehicles I pulled parts for. I would definitely go back to get more parts, when in Sussex county.

Joshua, I am trying to understand your frustration, I tried to reason with you by letting you know we would be happy to help you find the right part for your vehicle. Hopefully we can earn a five-star review. Unfortunately, we cannot allow you to leave your three young children unattended in our office waiting area for over an hour. The children were acting like children, yes, they were being very noisy and it was hard for us to help customers that walked in. They wrote on our walls with ink pens and had their jackets scattered across the floor. I do apologize if you were offended when we needed to send someone for you in the yard. We had no other option. We have our yard rules, with the age requirement posted at our main entrance. It is also on our website. In no way did anyone want to belittle you, we are an operating salvage yard with heavy equipment and mangled automobiles. We will stand behind our belief that it is not a safe place for young children. If you would like to speak with anyone regarding this situation, or to find the part you need please call 302-500-3333. Single father. Was trying to locate some parts for one of my cars. No where does it state that children under 18 are not permitted. Until your ready to walk in the gate. I was simple going to turn around but the nice gentleman behind the counter said he would keep them occupied for me while I was trying to locate this part. Now I understand your conducting business and need some sort of quiet and peace to work. But upon me returning because another customer said they were looking for me in the office the female was rude to me about my children. There no need in calling my children obnoxious or annoying. You could of simply stated they are acting out of line and I would of corrected that but for you to be rude and call them that means you have absolutely zero respect for your customers. Then to the younger gentleman. Who tried to belittle me as a father. Stating I would more than likely have my kids in danger if I took them in the yard. Let me correct you because they wouldnt get a little out of hand with me in vicinity of them they wouldnt of got hurt because I would of had more of an eye on them in the yard then I could ever have with them sitting in a office
