The company is horrible. I have been charged 3,000 dollars and never received a machine and the person who was trying to help which is Jody drake was being extremely rude and also acting like he is smart.

%25 restocking fee is very excessive, the product was not opened, going back just as I got. I have no problem paying for the shipping back, I consider that fair, but 25% restocking fee is gouging.
