Downtown graphics (Zenger Group) is a polite, knowledgeable, patient, respectful and a professional place to go. After speaking with Cindy and Mark (when I need it the quality of my love wants to be handled with decency and care) I was assured that the job will be handled with great quality and service and pricing and they did just that. Each and every time it was worth the price it was worth the time and what I didn't know they helped me with what I couldn't do they help me with. They take their time with you because they know the sensitive time when you're doing obituaries and dealing with the loss of a family member or friend. I created several obituaries for my loved ones and I had chose downtown graphics to print them. The time that they give you to get them done is reasonable and always on time. I also got flyers printed for an event they handled those so well in a timely manner and again for a great price. I also chose and pay for them to print things I needed for college and print things my children needed for school. This place truly deserves 10 Stars and they are the right location and business to handle your printing needs.
