Ordered over a 1000 dollars worth of hats from mythic and everything was fine until I received our hats, the stitching was horrible. We where suppose to see one cap of each design before they made the final run and that didnt happen, if it did this may of all been avoidable. After sharing my thoughts with mythic they told me the stitching wasnt perfect but within boundaries and offered 20% off next order. Not happy at all! Would love to show photos if this would allow.

Had a small number of items to be done. Shop and staff were helpful. I was in a rush but she thought they could do it in time. I received a quote via email. I agreed and picked out items. Email turnaround was not great and as time was running out I received another email saying that it couldnt be done in my time frame. I responded that we could forget the time frame and purchase anyways. They never responded. I guess there was no interest in compelting my job in any time frame. Had my work done at another firm.
We use Mythic for a variety of printing and have found everything to be super great. Additionally, they've partnered with a number of organizations to help raise funds through t-shirt and Merch sales to give back to the community. Thats the kind of commitment that makes Mythic and Tulsa pretty darn great!
