Should be zero stars but for some reason couldnt post zero! Ive been going to this store for years and spent thousands of dollars and has been no problems. Today was the last day Ill go into this store all over two rubber seals for pvc rainwater caps I wanted the seals only. In the basket were caps and seals. I checked to see if all the caps had seals and they did and there were spare ones so logically I assumed you could buy the spares ones. But oh no you can only buy them with the cap so I asked to speak to the manager who was an obnoxious, rude man and after I explained the situation he said no you cant buy them separately and how often do you have to change them ? Just buy the whole lot . He wouldnt compromise and said you cant please everyone! Really, Im the customer and you should try to help ! I then said thats the last time Im coming into this shop to which he said fine cancel his reward card in front of other customers !! Wish I got his name but anyway Im done with this place and will be emailing his boss and owner!!
