Customer called on previous Friday to inquiry about getting shirts made the following week. He was told we should be able to get these to him by Wednesday. We were missing employees on Monday/Tuesday due to the flu and communicated this to the gentleman on Wednesday. He said no problem. We still needed hi-resolution artwork to complete the job anyway. Also, new artwork was provided and back location artwork was changing. Invoice was sent to gentleman and he was told his shirts would be ordered as soon as invoice was paid. He communicated wanting a better price. We accommodated and sent a new invoice. Payment still did not arrive on Thursday. We communicated that we needed payment to move forward. Friday morning payment was still not received so job could not move forward. I, the owner, instructed our employee to not move forward with this project. Lady calls on Friday afternoon (not original customer) angry. I, the owner, returned her call, stated that the shirts were not printed because payment had not been made, however, said we could still get the gentleman's shirts printed even though payment had not been made. She was focused more on a discount. Our best price had been given. I offered to have the shirts ready this (Friday) evening multiple times. She maintained focus on the ordeal and the discount. Not sure of the ordeal for her as this is the first time we have heard from her. Final points... clarifying order being cancelled last minute was because NO PAYMENT WAS MADE in order for us to order her custom shirts. Regarding pickup times and location... our location is not a retail location, It's a showroom where we schedule appointments and pick-ups with customers and clients. Finally, this lady was not our client/customer. We are not sure who she is. Our customer was a gentleman that we had printed for this time last year. Final note, we were leery about this project anyway, as payment and price seemed to be the focus. Vendors and printshop owners beware!

BUYER BEWARE!!! Terrible customer service! Placed an order and was promised shirts the Wednesday before an event on Saturday. Called Wednesday around 6 PM and shirts weren't ready and no time table for when they would be. Called Thursday and promised shirts on Friday at 12:30 PM. Showed up to store to pick up shirts after 1 PM and doors are locked. Called and spoke to an employee who said he was sick and he had sent an email earlier that shirts wouldn't be ready - so apparently, an email cancelling my order a few hours before pick up constitutes good customer service??? Owner called me 30 minutes later to "resolve" the issue - what a joke! No discount for all the trouble and I can make another trek down to their store to pick up sometime tonight before a 7 AM event. Thanks, but no thanks! Response below is simply retaliatory. Had to ask more than once for an invoice and payment was never requested - have the emails to prove that. The only thing worse than providing horrible customer service is lying and not admitting when you're wrong.

Attempted to obtain service but appeared to belittled due to size of order that I wanted outsourced. Was told that because of the size of the order that it's not outsourcing. I thought taking business to an outside supplier, especially in place of an internal source was outsourcing. For me to transfer business completely over without having an example of print quality can't be done. I just wanted to continue printing with little interruption until my equipment got fixed. The tone was kind of rude.

Needed a few shirts made for a family reunion in a short period of time and threadcount shirts came through!! The service was very speedy and the shirts were done that day. I recommend them to anyone who wants great customer service and well made shirts.

Jason and his design team did a wonderful job capturing just want I envisioned on my shirts. Patient and understanding through multiple client changes, they delivered a fabulous product. I'd give 10 stars if that option were available!
