They have friendly employees. There was a employee in particular, blonde older, chubby woman with glasses. She was no help at all. She clearly didnt know what she was even talking about when it came to the boots. Looks like she got annoyed since I had a lot of questions that she didnt know the answer to. Every question I asked her she had to look at a tag that the shoe had. Another gentleman had to come and assist her, he knew everything about the boots there. Other than that, I will be coming back here again. My husband loved the boots. Thanks

Staff members have a really bad attitude... seems to be caring more on selling the products instead of helping the customers. Never coming back!
