My review is based on 2 Orders from this company. First Order: I uploaded a 3.50" inch round logo for left chest for a military branch shirt. When I used PP's design tool I could not tell how big or small my left chest was going to be. So I followed with a Phone call, Spoke with a young lady Ciara, told her my issue - She assured me that they would just use my .png file and print that (which was 3.50" round). When I receive the shirts the left chest print was 4.50" ~ 4.75" it was huge. - No biggy I moved on. Placed my second order for 41 pieces, I had to have them by May 1st. I called in first they tell me they can rush the print and ship them out she confirmed that I was a 5 day ship (my first order arrived to my shop within 3 days) so I thought Ok no problem. I place my order hoping to have drop down ship options, but there were none. They just took my money. Ok. I follow up with an email saying please use my UPS account and ship these out 3 day air. They respond sorry cant do that. Ok. My order was placed on April 23, Today is May 3, and my order is still sitting in Atlanta. On May 1 st I started to get worried I called in spoke with a Andrew I told him the shirts were due today may 1st, But that I can wait till Friday. I said Please reprint my shirts and ship them out 2 DAY AIR so I can have them here by Friday. He said no just wait on your package. Ok I wait. Today is May 3rd, My package is still in Atlanta just sitting there since April 26th. SO I Called in Today I told them I had to print these shirts myself and to do the right thing and issue a refund. Michael Director of operations Wont release a refund. I saw this happening and I prepared for it by ordering a second set of t-shirts but what gets me is that their Director Michael wont take care of a client. Take care of your clients dont just blame the shipping company. My order is not here and you Wont Issue a refund? WTF?
