Just called to make a simple question, man that answer the phone became very rude after he notice I had an accent, then when he found out I was not a member he told me that I cant go to his business instead of explaining me how to become a member...well whatever, I just go the next supplier.

Great place to buy all your printing needs and equipment. Customer service is great and good pricing compared to other distributors and whole sellers. Have been shopping with GSG for years now.
I recently purchased a big item from company. During purchase no mention of return policy was stated. Of course as must seller they were most helpful during the buying process. Not even 5 days after i asked about the return policy and got no response, after pressuring for a response i received very incomplete policy, basically stating that a return was not accepted. If is very unfortunate as i have had other great experiences with company but with this exchange they have lost all my business and any referrals
