Mike, thank you for the honest review. We are so sorry you wasted so much of your time waiting for an install and do not blame you for looking elsewhere. Thankfully AT&T and the tech union have finally agreed on a contract and scheduling is getting back on track. We appreciate you giving us a chance and hope you keep us in mind in the future.

My issue is not with IgLou, their customer support people are stellar. My issue lies with their ability (or lack thereof) of getting an installation tech to the house. I understand that things happen and AT&T techs are in a union, but it should not take 3 weeks to get internet installed. The notion of paying for the first month of service if you can't even get it installed is a bit ridiculous. I was scheduled for 1 Aug, and the tech never showed up. So I reschedule for 6 Aug. The customer service person agrees to get this date for us. Then I get an email saying it won't be until the 13th. I ended up having to ask for a refund because I'm simply not going to dedicate week after week to trying to get this thing installed. Simply put, if you aren't signing a contract with AT&T, AT&T doesn't consider you a priority. It's a shame, because I liked the price. It's a great deal, but don't hold your breath on getting it installed anytime soon as long as AT&T is in control.
All that we ask is for customers to troubleshoot some simple things over the phone so we can more clearly identify the problem. Unfortunately this customer would not do that and insisted on having a tech dispatched to their home. When we disclosed a possible fee (ONLY charged if the problem is found to be with the customer's personal devices), the customer got angry and hung up the phone. We would be more than happy to fix whatever issues they are experiencing, we just ask for a few moments over the phone to ask a few questions and narrow down the problem.

Would NOT recommend to any one anymore. Every thing was great in the beginning. But now its lags, they cant resolve problems, wanna charge you 100$ to send a tech out and if they dont find any problems then they will charge you. Will charge you all kinds of money to FIX A ISSUE thats clearly caused by signal. It stops for hours at a time. Poor management. Experience internet down for 4 days and were just the first customer its ever happened to. Horrible communication, Very rude at points when kept calling to see why things werent resolved like they stated they would be. We got every excuse you could think of. Will charge you money if you dont want their services any longer due to It not working properly. WHY PAY FOR SOMETHING THAT ISNT WORKING CORRECTLY? Need to get it together.

Also, unlike other Internet providers, our promotional rates do not change after the first year. In fact with our Good Payer Program, if you pay on time each month, your rate NEVER increases.
