If you want a quality gift to treasure for years to come, avoid this company. Cheap frames like they got from Wilko or similar and printing wasn't good. Sent an email to complain and haven't heard back, so over it now just spoilt our anniversary

Bad craftsmanship and no response after submitting complaint. The card holder in the passport was roughly cut and uneven. Leather in it has bubbles!
