The most unprofessional rental company in the area. We are 6 months pregnant and they knowingly let us walk into the apartment when it was freshly bombed with pesticide. When we first confronted them about lying that it was clean and ready to move in, they denied our proof and said it was all ready. And when we were persistent about it, that's when they were like yes it was freshly bombed today but it's no big deal that your pregnant girlfriend walked into the apartment! They ended up giving us all our money back but I can assure you we will be getting a lawyer for their negligence.
Would highly recommend no one rent from this company nothing but issue after issue throughout my lease. As well as literally trying everyday possible to keep the deposit.
Thank you for the wonderful review Carrie! Glad you've enjoyed our services! If you need anything, don't hesitate to let us know!

Your Rental Connection has been amazing since they took over management for the property that I rent. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to rent. Thank you Your Rental Connection for going above and beyond!!!
Thank you, Dude Guy, for reaching out to us. Your opinion plays an integral part in our customer service. We want to clarify that you placed the tenants in your home prior to YRC taking over the management therefore a pre-move-in inspection was not conducted since they were already in possession. YRC collected the monthly rent for you until you returned to the Lakeland area. When the tenant vacated the home, you insisted you wanted the keys immediately to begin making the home ready for your return. A claim was made on the security deposit, per your summary of damages, in fact, the tenant paid the extra cost above the $1000 Security Deposit, per your itemization of damages to the home which the funds will released to you immediately.

I rented out a home through YRC for a year. Things ran smoothly for the most part but I encountered some issues towards the end of my lease that YRC put on me to solve. This also happened to coincide with me telling YRC that I planned to do some renovations before renting the home again. The tenants failed to keep the lawn up and incurred some code enforcement fines. When I contacted YRC about this they wanted me to inspect the lawn, set up a lawn service, contact the city, etc. Luckily I'd recently moved back into town so I was able to take care of this but still ended up with a fine from the city that I had to pay for out of pocket. It wasn't until the tenants moved out and left my house in shambles that YRC told me I would be responsible for documenting, cleaning, and fixing the mess that the tenants left behind and I had one month to do so and make a claim on the security deposit. They said I was responsible for all of this because I was living in the house before the tenants moved in and YRC did not do a pre-move-in inspection. Again, I don't know how I would have managed this were I still living out of state but even so I work a full time job in Tampa so finding the time to drive back and forth and make the repairs before the claim cut off was very stressful. Overall the majority of my time renting through YRC was without issue but towards the end of the year lease they left me with a code enforcement fine and a sloppy house. When I rent my house out again I will be looking for a different rental service.
