I do apologise that this may have taken a little longer than usual. Delays in reply time are usually because we are waiting for the hotel to confirm if they are able to accept the booking or not. This company should not be trading! My son bought a Two Night Getaway as birthday present so I booked 2 night in a Hotel that we liked the look of. A few days later I got an email to say those dates were not available. I sent an email back asking if they could tell me what dates are available and several days later I had not received a reply, so I sent a second email to which I have also not had a reply. For the same cost as the Activity Superstore I could have booked the same dates at the same Hotel with breakfast included which with Activity Superstore is an an extra cost. My advice, don't buy anything from Activity Superstore.

Hi Vijay, Thanks for your review. I am sorry to hear your voucher has now expired. We extended all vouchers affected by COVID to 1st June 2021 to allow customers extra time to book their experience. INTESTINGLY YOU ARE NOW OFFERING VALIDITY UPTO 2023!! HOW VERY IRONIC!!! In light of the Covid-19 pandemic, any new vouchers bought off our site will now carry an 18-month validity from the date of purchase, and so will be valid until 2023. HAPPY TO GIVE NEW CUSTOMER AN EXTENDED VALIDITY BUT CANT SERVICE EXISTING CUSTOMERS Had voucher given to us just before lockdown. Expired on Dec 2020. Gave grace of 6 months to June 2021. Most of that period hospitality was closed and when enquired, told nothing can be done. I feel ripped off. I would rather give a high street voucher, than to go for one off these in future.

We had a brilliant afternoon tea experience in a wonderful historic venue in Overstrand with connections to Winston Churchill. Would thoroughly recommend this venue although the voucher covers a good choice of other venues in Norfolk.

Fantastic place, easy quick to book and staff were amazing. Myself and husband travelled from the rhondda valleys and took 6hours to travel there. The staff were great and made the experience amazing.

I had the worst experience with this company. I tried to use my voucher three times... No matter what I chose and what time, all booked. Then I paid to extend the voucher, the same story. at the end I couldn't use my voucher because the super car I wanted to drive was not available in the area I live(fully booked till the next 6 months). Emailing them take 4 working days to response and then negative answer. Not happy at all finally called them. They asked for extra 20 for x y z. I gave up and shred the voucher and everything. At least one less though in my brain. Maybe they should keep customer happy and respond email a bit quicker. I lost 100 with this company.
