Re: Best Deal purchase experience of a Toyota Prius 2007 Oscar and Miki, I took the time to sum up my car buying experience with Best Deal and I thought I would share it with you and see if you had any comments or questions. + April 29, 2020. Purchase. I was only given one key and was told Best Deal could get me another key. + June 23, 2020. Had to take back for service and to get another key. They could not get a key to work. I was told when I purchased the car they could fix this, and then they found out they could not. I had to take the day off and take it to their locksmith and it cost me $314. For that I just got a spare key- the remotes on the car never worked. So I have to use a key every time I want to open the car, with no fob remote to work, and the lock/unlock button on the door does not work. + July 7, 2020. Brought in for repair- the dash board warning lights all came on. I paid $100 for the repair. + August 15, August 29, and September 1 -Car was brought in for service because the dash board lights kept coming on, including all warning lights. October 15 the same problem occurred again. The car sat parked in my driveway from October 15 to November 12, trying to get an appointment. January 15, 2021- dash board lights came on, including all warning lights. February 6, 2021 The dash lights came on again. I was driving it to Best Deal and the car stopped while I was driving it. I was stranded at Conroy the intersection of Kirkman. I had to have a towed to Best Deal, and I had to call a family member to pick me up on the side of the road. Miki said it was out of gas. I had just put $5 in. They said it was out of oil completely. That means it ran out of oil since being in the shop in November. it was in the Best Deal shop at that time. That means in 3 months it used 5 quarts of oil, but I was told that it was not leaking? Did they check the oil in October? Miki called me soon afterward and said it was ready to drive home. It stopped again on the road. I got stranded on Conroy again. Someone helped me push it off the road, and I had to call a tow truck again. That was twice in one day! AND I had to pay for the tow truck both times! +When I called Miki and told him the car had stopped on the way home, he said to tow it back to Best Deal. Then in a few minutes he called me back, while Im still sitting there waiting for a tow truck on the side of a four lane road, and says don't bring it back, they don't want my business anymore they're not going take care of it. +Every time we have had a problem and had work done, we have been without a car at least 2 weeks. I call for an appointment and it is always the next week before you can work us in. Each time it takes two people to drive the car over and 2 people to pick it up. 5 repairs-10 trips by 2 people. We are without the car for 2 weeks each time. That is 10 weeks2.5 months out of owning the car for 9 months. +Oscar and Miki, I wanted to send you this information to be sure you understand what my car buying experience was with Best Deal. Please, if you found any thing in this letter that is incorrect, let me know. Don

Hello Adan, thank you for your input, however, after looking into our records we notice that the car was actually sold on November 24th 2018, six months ago from this date. Were not sure whether you guys had a confusion with the timing of your events and this just actually occurred, but we also dont understand why youd wait 2 months after to leave us a review. All our cars are available to be viewed and inspected prior to purchase and additionally test drives are a critical part in the way we do business,this way you know what you're buying. However, we never pressured or manipulated your sister into buying a car from us. Putting aside that its a 2014, or that it was sold with 125k miles, I welcome you to make a simple internet search Nissan CVT Transmissions, and you can be the judge of what comes up. Whenever we got in touch with your sister, we offered help the best way we could, including sharing our knowledge with where to find the cheapest alternatives to get the car back on the road. This is the same answer that would have been given, even by its own manufacturer (ie: Nissan, Toyota, etc..), which applies for any car that is outside of manufacturer warranty. Lastly, if we sold the car knowing it had problems then why would it take this long for something to come up (six months)? Looking further, we notice that the car has not been taken in for maintenance or inspection work (at least that is reported and recorded with the date and mileage it was done), therefore we cannot conclude how many thousand miles Its been driven since it was sold. Were sorry that you had this bad experience, and we will be keeping this in mind with the selection of cars we stock, but unfortunately this is just a case of bad luck and negotiating in good faith.

I was looking for reliable car since I was 8 months pregnant expecting my baby girl soon went to this dealer ship bought a 2014 pathfinder a car that I was hoping would be good condition since I would have a lot of baby appointment and driving my boys back and forth to school I paid for the pathfinder cash I paid 11500 not counting the state tax and taxes and I asked the owner to a car dealer if he was selling me great car he lied and said any problem I will be here and had a lot of years i business and I sell great car my car only lasted 4 month and transmission went bad and the owner all he said it's not my problem have a great day! Please stay away from these dealer ship .
