We received a gift card and go to use it and it's been used... we have never been there. My mother in law gave it as a gift and they told her it has been used as well. She does not go to the spa. So who the hell Used it?!?!?! It amazes me how people just don't care. No help. Can't do anything! They can't tell You who used it because of Hippa... so hopefully someone we don't know enjoyed a spa treatment on us! People amaze me! If there was less than one star they would have gotten it!
Waiting months to see Dr. Sparks, today this rude lady called saying, the doctor is not going to make and she does not have anything available until next year? Seriously?

I am very disappointed and will never go there ever! I had an appointment and while driving from Kissimmee; I get a call from the rude receptionist that my appointment was cancelled. I was livid! Wasted my time and gas, never again!!!
