Goodness, It was exactly the same experience for me today. I felt so unwelcome, I was so ready to buy from this shop, but immediately changed my mind... It's a very strange vibe there. I asked one of the ladies if they had a bigger size of a dress I was looking at, without even looking at the dress or making eye contact with me, she told me if there was only one piece hanging on the rack then there were no other sizes, I quietly looked at her as there were three other sizes hanging... The lady I'm speaking of has very serious attitude and I mean SERIOUS, she felt too cool to help her customers or perhaps be at the shop. Just to describe who she is , clear classes, black hair and white top.I was there with my husband at about 1pm Sunday April 10th.Very poor service and incredibly unfriendly.

Sadly, I had a very disappointing experience at Otte today. I have been following along on their great insta page and made a special trip to the shop. The person working did not welcome me, did not look up from her computer and never asked if she could help. Such a bummer.
