Daughter was discharged 2 Weeks ago, after 8 weeks. Had appointment setup with nurse Nancy today who decided to cancel right before our appointment. It's a video appointment too. Obviously this company isn't in the business of helping their patients when discharged. The transition was the worst, my daughter is running out of her medication they put her on and now I'm looking for a new provider. I also found our own therapist for same reason. I'm pretty sure I was canceled due to the holiday today. Also I asked for receipts for all the charges of service 3 times and still haven't received. For a staff of people helping my child get her life on track it seems they need help in the same area.

Dr Tucker was good. Unfortunately he quit seeing patients. New doctor isn't competent. He didn't read my file for background and didn't send my prescription to the correct pharmacy even though I confirmed the location. You sit on hold for 10+ minutes to reach a human in the office. This seems to be a pattern of overextended practices.

Pretty chill place with nice therapists. Individual and group therapy as well as aid in finding mental hospitals or getting diagnosises. Definitely would return if I needed to. Tell Ms. Sarah hi if you get the chance.

Was very anxious for the appointment, but it was actually not that bad! My nurse practitioner was very comforting and understanding and made me feel welcome. It was an overall great experience!

This practice has gone downhill. Beware of their new $150 cancellation fee for a missed appointment (even when you call to cancel just 5 minutes past the 24 hour advance requirement). They are only about money since they got bought out by another company - providing top quality patient care is NOT their priority. Weve had issues within their counseling, psychiatrist and intensive outpatient treatment programs, and multiple issues with billing errors. Its truly sad.
