In february 2020, I got my roots done here and they were bright orange. I asked for them to match the rest of my hair and idk how that got translated to orange. I paid wayyy too much for what I got.

She was a sweet person. But once I had got there she told me way more than what I was quoted. Didnt follow the pictures that I had shown. And messed up my haircut. Wasnt even in the back & you could definitely tell! Anyone who is as talented as she says she is which I have seen pictures and they look good but my hair should have not came out the way it did. & her prices were outrageous! Sorry but I guess not everyone isnt as good as they say they are.

When you book online, the prices and descriptions were there for you to see. $25 for a dry cut and $45 for a female haircut which includes shampoo. Since you booked online for your service, I assumed that you knew the price was $45. In the future, if you wish to change your service, please advise me before your arrival or before I complete the service. Also, when booking online, please make sure you are selecting the correct service We do have a dry cut option at 25 but you would need to book for that option or specify when you come in that you only want a dry cut .... there is a consultation process where you can voice this request

What I did not like about my haircut was the price. When I called to make the appointment and asked for the price I was told $25 so when I go to pay for the haircut she charges me $60 !! Yes it was a nice haircut but I was expecting to pay $25 and while shes doing the haircut she didnt say it will he $20 extra if I wash your hair for one minute and $15 extra if I blow dryer and add products do you want me to do that? I didnt appreciate that because I cant afford $60 for a haircut Im single with 2 kids. So if you want to go somewhere where they dont keep their word and dont inform you what they do will cost way to much. I guess you did not read my second sentence which says when I oalled means on the telephone and speak with a person I did not make my appointment online so when I spoke with you and I told you I wanted $25 haircut that's when you write down for the appointment $25 haircut and what time it is so when I come in you know that's what I'm getting. Also as a professional when I sit in the chair you should asked me what do you want and let me know that a wash is going to be extra and no you didn't do that anyways you said it was $45 so where did the $60 come from that is another $15 what was that charge for. ????
