They had a car listed for 17,000 I called asked about it price condition etc . They confirmed the details. I drove there for more than hour when I got there the sale person said yes it available but we have around $7,000 worth of fees on this car and the price of the car before taxes is around 24,000(17.000 + 7000 fees ) Extremely dishonest advertising extremely unprofessional drive for over an hour and paid tolls just to hear that scam

I submitted an inquiry online about trading in my current vehicle and get a pre-owned vehicle at this dealership. I was contacted by Tasha via phone and she quickly set up an appointment for me. BUT, when I tried to ask if there is any additional charges, such as dealership fee or document fee, in addition to the price listed online, she refused to answer my question and said that I have to come in person to get this small piece of information. In case she did not get my question, I patiently asked her this question multiple times with the hope that I asked my question clearly. She kept telling me that I have to come to the show room and speak to someone in the finance department. She then put me on hold without telling me anything and talked to somebody around her. I thought she wen to ask her colleague about this question, but when she came back, she directly asked me to confirm my appointment, again without answering my question. For my personal experience, I have never encountered a second dealership that refuse to clarify about this "dealership fee" question. I further explained that I am not local, and I have to travel from CT to NY to visit the dealership, and this is why I'm hoping to acquire as much information as possible before I spend my time, gas and effort to travel. However, she replied to me "THIS IS NOTHING! We have customers that travel even from Minnesota." My understanding is that she consider my time as nothing, and replied to my question in such an aggressive manner just to hide the additional charges that are not shown online. I expressed my disappointment with her inappropriate attitude, and she said "OKAY!" and directly hang up the phone. I understood why this happened after I read more reviews about this dealership and their big amount of additional fees.

Buying a car from Atlantic Mitsubishi was a big mistake of my life. Unfortunately, this review was done by Richard the sales representative. He did the review before I was allowed to leave the show room. The car I purchased was a 2022 mitsubishi eclipse cross. The car I test drove was not the same as the one they gave me. The car I was given did not perform well on the road, it rocks back and forth on the road and felt as if something was going to detach from underneath it. I returned it on the flowing day. The manager test drove it with me and sent to the repair shop immediately but refused to pay me back my down payment. Also still have the money paid by the finance company, my old car, and my cash deposit. If there is ,errors on the review, that is what Atlantic Mitsubishi deserve.
