I worked for the Company for about a month recently, and i just wanted to share some of my experience. The management team that i worked with with tended to talk poorly about almost every employee while behind closed doors, and would rather replace people without giving them any feedback or notes for the individual to work on or improve. The communication and teamwork they displayed while i was there was quite poor in my opinion, and one of the CEOs or the CEO assistant ( i dont quite remember the exact title the individual held) would come into our work area every day and just sit and chat loudly with one of the managers as well as just play on their phone while also attempting to enforce a slightly strict no phone policy on everyone else which i found extremely hypocritical. All in all it was quite a toxic work enviroment to be in.

The one star describes it all! Chicco didn't stand behind the warranty of the car seat I purchased, along with 2 caddies, 2 bases, and a stroller. I expect quality products along with quality customer service and support. Definitely didn't get it with Chicco...
