Customer service was poor I when inside the store to purchase scrub pants no one assist you.
I like going to this store. They have a lot of styles of uniforms and the customer service is excellent. They are always there to assist you. I'll definitely continue shopping here for my medical supplies and uniforms. :)
Saturday December 10th I drove there to place an order in person for patches for my American Legion Post Riders, the motorcycle organization of the American Legion. I had the order details printed of exactly what I wanted, with actual photos of the patches we use. It couldnt have gotten any easier for the sales person to take and place my order, it was all there in black & white ready to go. I spoke with Scott, whos attitude said to me youre wasting my time. He quickly scribbled my name and phone on an order sheet and told me he will have the woman that handles patch orders call me during the week. No thank you or any kind of appreciation for a customer that just placed an order with Somes Uniforms. One week later, no phone call. I called them Saturday December 17 for an update. Asked to speak with Scott, he answered and quickly said one minute, and I was put on hold for about three minutes. A different sales person picked-up the phone to talk to me. He asked me my name, and which American Legion I belonged to. Obviously he didn't have my order in front of him for that information. He told me they will review my order and get back to me. No one called back. If youre placing a small order, youre a small customer to them and dont matter. They will just throw you in the trash. Their customer service is non-existent, and their attitude is negative. Not once did I experience that old saying the customer comes first. I was expecting better service for a Veterans organization. Now I need to find a place that will can embroider 16 1x4 patches by early January.
