Tried to get our logo made over a month ago. They charged us but never did the work. Stopped in two weeks ago to see where they were at on the work they've done and had nothing done. When we called to get our money back, they asked what card to refund the money. Didn't apologize or try to fix the horrible service.

Jim the owner always answers the phone and talks to you but never follows through on what he says he is going to do. Very Flaky and I would strongly recommend you never talk to Jim the owner because he will feed you lie after lie. Tried getting some small projects done he kept telling me they had an email issue and that everything was done. After about 5 weeks I never saw anything and I gave up. I guess money isn't something that drives this company cause I have been waiting for 3 weeks to get a call back or an email about getting a company logo put on shirts, sweaters and hats but nobody seems to want to take my business so I will be going to shop strange.
