Worst experience ever. I would give it 0 stars if I was able to. We had the worst experience with Michelle Bratcher. We closed on our home last year and it was a painful process. She doesnt know simple real estate rules and messed up with our names on the FBCAD website. Even though my husband and I own the property jointly, FBCAD doesnt show both our names. When we made her aware, she said that once we file homestead with 2 names, the website will fix this issue. No advice was provided to us as new home owners or guidance as to what should we do as joint home owners. As of now, its been over 1.5 years and today we find out that it is not possible to have the names fixed unless we go through an attorney to have a new deed written up. Their staff (someone by name of Suzan) also doesnt know what she is talking about on the phone. Highly unprofessional. Stay away and use another company if you dont want headache during and after the closing process.
