Hi Brand Local, we apologize for the complexities of our business relationship. We regret to inform you that we cannot accommodate your request because it is beyond the scope of our contract. To recap, you availed of our Multi Channel Marketing Services for 1 month engagement. For a fair price of USD 2800, we assigned a team to run your campaign, provided database, script development, email copies and other campaign materials. We have also met our entire obligation on call volume and conversations, email, database and online activities which resulted to a total of 51 leads. The campaign was originally set to run for 22 business days but out of goodwill, we extended our project for one week free of charge. More importantly, from the start, we are upfront that we do not guarantee an immediate sales yield within one month. We want to reiterate that the use of social media profile is in line with your companys branding and messaging, and we have also gotten your permission on it. It is not right to allege that we created a "fake" account because it was with your consent and approval; we made it on behalf of your company to represent you accordingly as part of our process to connect and reach out to your prospects. We respectfully stand by our decision and it is also stated in our contract that services already rendered by Callbox during the campaign are non-refundable. Callbox has fulfilled all of its contractual obligations to Brand Local. We are more than happy to provide you reports and other pertinent documents, if required.

Dealing with CallBox will be one of your worst decisions and experiences. Dont waste your time and money. Their profiles and reviews are fake.

Work is always challenging but the employees are always driven. The compensation is good but the ROI our clients get out of the service is really what drives the employees to perform better.
