Buyer Beware! This is a virtual scam trademark service. Paid to have 24 hour service, its been 4 days and nothing! They do not answer the phone and do not return emails! They tried to process "incorrect" information that was fast and inaccurate trademark information! If you want to wait 7 months for bad results from the trademark office, use this company! I'll be processing my refund with my credit card company since these scammers do not answer!

My personal experience with Trademark Plus has always been great. They are helpful, responsive to emails and patient with you. Ill always come back to them for my trademark needs. And no they are ultimately not responsible for the length of time it takes to receive your trademark or even if you get approved for your trademark. They are simply the middleman between you and the USPTO. I highly recommend them.

Trademarkplus is a scam, how on earth I do business with them without reading review, for weeks now I file trademark with them and havent heard from them, I made calls, sent emails no reply, drop voicemail message and still no reply, they are thieves
