I tried posting a critical review on their company website a while back regarding one of their older SUP board bags (please note: it looks like they've since changed the design of the bags). The durability of the older bags was disappointing. They disintegrated and fell apart. After I submitted the review, a prompt appeared that stated the review had to be approved before it would be posted. My review contained no expletive language or otherwise that would've made it inappropriate for posting. However, the review was never posted; perhaps because the company didn't want a bad review impacting their sales. UPDATE: It's been over a month since I posted this review. VESL hasn't contacted me to address my above review and/or my concerns regarding their board bags. The board bags are now in the trash right next to VESL's customer service.

Vesl is a company I can proudly recommend and will do business with again. 2 minutes after I placed my order I got a phone call..They shared with me the shipping process and a phone number incase I had any issues..It was a surprise gift and low and behold it showed up 11 days later in Hawaii. Double boxed and wrapped so it arrived in perfect condition. We got a fantastic deal and shipping was reasonable for having to cross an ocean!!

Stopped in on a Sunday afternoon hoping to get hooked up with some new paddle boards. Jeff was super informative and had tons of tips to help us decide which boards with would be best for us, he gave us helpful pointers on different the types of paddles and what to do out on the water. We left happy and with 2 new boards all ready for the day Thank you Jeff!!!

Mike, Im sorry you feel that way. Customer service is our number one goal and we like nothing more than to have seamless transactions. We shipped out your order and double boxed it the same day it was placed for delivery in NV the following day. When the carrier called to schedule your delivery you indicated that you preferred to pick it up yourself at the shipping hub. When you got there you inspected your package, signed for, and accepted your board without indicating any damage and it was released to you. Some time later after you transported the board from the shipping hub to your house you called us to report damage. Once you have signed for your order and taken it into your possession we have no control or knowledge over what happened next. Every board we sell and ship out is FULLY INSURED in case something happens during transit but damages must be noted upon delivery in which case you failed to do. In addition to our shipping policies being outlined on our website and in your emailed order we also personally contacted you via phone and spoke twice detailing the delivery process and stressing the importance of thoroughly inspecting your board. My personal cell phone number is on the paperwork so that you may reach me should you have any questions or concerns with your order at the time of delivery. We take great pride and care in customer satisfaction. In those rare cases where damages do occur we work meticulously with the shipper and the customer to have it immediately corrected when it is noted and the customer follows the policy. We will continue with our excellent customer communication in order to eliminate any problems. Should problems arise we continue to be available at your service at our shop and to add total peace of mind on our personal cell phones listed on the packing slip.

My shipment was damaged and now im stuck with the cost.i thought buying two boards i would get a little more help rectifying my issue but it seems its a complete loss
